Yes! We can add your club logo, tournament name, and date to the packaging. Custom branding is included in our Club packages at no extra cost. We can also create custom certificates to accompany each painting.

What if we need to change our order after the tournament?

You can adjust quantities up to 48 hours after your tournament ends. If you need more prizes than ordered, we can usually accommodate with 3-5 business days notice. If you need fewer, we only charge for paintings actually produced.

How do we submit the winning games after our tournament?

Simply email us the PGN files of the winning games along with player names within 7 days of your tournament. We provide a simple submission form that makes this process seamless. Most tournament software can export PGN files directly.

What if a game is very short or ends in a draw?

No problem! We can create beautiful art from any game length. For very short games, we focus on the key tactical moments. For draws, we highlight the most interesting positions and strategic themes. Every game has artistic potential.

Yes! If there's a particular brilliant move, tactic, or position you'd like emphasized, just let us know in your submission. Our artists can focus on specific moments that made the game special or tournament-decisive.

What happens if we forget to collect a winner's information?

Don't worry! We can create the painting with "Tournament Winner" or similar generic text, and you can add the player's name later. We also keep records for 6 months in case you need to add personalization details later.

What size are the tournament prize paintings?

Tournament prizes are typically 11"×14" premium canvas prints - perfect for display but not overwhelming. This size works great for home or office display and isn't too bulky for winners to transport. Custom sizes available for special tournaments.

Standard turnaround is 5-7 business days from when we receive your winning games. Rush processing (2-3 days) is available for an additional fee. We'll send updates throughout the creation process.

We can ship to your club, tournament venue, or individual winners' addresses - whatever works best for your situation. Bulk shipping to one location is most cost-effective. All packages are carefully protected for safe delivery.

What if a painting gets damaged during shipping?

All shipments are fully insured and carefully packaged. If any damage occurs during shipping, we'll replace the painting immediately at no cost to you. We've shipped thousands of paintings with less than 0.1% damage rate.

We require 50% payment when you place the order to reserve your tournament dates and prepare materials. The remaining 50% is due when you submit the winning games. This protects both parties and ensures smooth processing.

You only pay for paintings we actually create. If your tournament has fewer winners than expected, we adjust the final invoice accordingly. No penalties for smaller turnout - we want to support chess events of all sizes.

Yes! Clubs that run multiple tournaments per year receive increasing discounts. After your first tournament with us, you'll receive a loyalty discount code for future events. Annual tournament packages also available.

Absolutely! We provide detailed invoices and can work with your club's accounting requirements. We accept purchase orders, can bill net-30 terms for established clubs, and provide all documentation needed for expense reporting.

We love scholastic events! For young players, we can adjust the artwork style to be more colorful and engaging. We also provide parent contact forms to ensure proper delivery and can include educational chess information with each painting.

Online tournaments work great! Since we only need the PGN files and player information, the format doesn't matter. We've created prizes for Chess.com, Lichess, and other platform tournaments. Digital certificates can also be provided for immediate recognition.

Perfect for Swiss tournaments! We can create prizes for each section winner (Open, U2000, U1600, etc.) and handle complex prize structures. Just let us know your sections and prize distribution when ordering.
